Shipping Policies

  1. Upon arrival, refrigerate product immediately! Heidi Ho Veganics products are not intended to be kept at room temperature.
  2. All orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure that they are not held at a shipping facility over a weekend. Please allow 1-2 days for processing prior to shipping. We will be as prompt in shipping as possible but may take a day for processing. Any orders received on Wednesdays after 12pm PST will be shipped the following week.
  3. If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you by e-mail to see if you want to delay shipment of entire package or just have out-of-stock item shipped at a later date.
  4. All products will be shipped with cold packs and other insulated packaging to ensure maximum freshness, there will be a $3.00 standard packaging fee added to each shipment. Each shipment will consist of a maximum of 8 products per package. If you order more than 8 products, there will be an additional shipping and packaging fee added to your order.   5. At this time, we are shipping all packages through USPS Priority Mail for a fee of $7.95. We are unable to ship outside of the United States of America; this includes APO/FPO addresses (sorry!). If you are interested in expedited shipping options, please e-mail prior to placing your order.
  6. We do not recommend shipping to PO Boxes. If you choose to do so, please check daily for delivery, as we cannot replace items left at your box too long that have become inedible.
  7. Products of Heidi Ho Veganics will be adequate to consume even if it is not completely chilled. Items contain no animal-based ingredients that pose a health risk of going bad.
  8. All of our packaging materials (including boxes, cold packs, and packing material) are reusable or recyclable. We strive to make sure all products used by Heidi Ho Veganics, are not damaging to our earth, so please reuse all packaging materials.
  9. We accept all major credit cards for payment. Please do not send cash or check without approval.
  10. Due to the nature of the product we provide, we are unable to accept returns. If there is an error in shipping or in the items you receive, please contact Lyssa and it will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
  11. Please be sure that the address you provide is correct. Incorrect shipping addresses result in delayed or returned deliveries, and unfortunately, the product perishes. If you do not receive a package or we receive a returned shipment due to incorrect shipping information and you request another package sent, you will be charged accordingly.
